I’m Hayley, founder of Painted Turtle Design — a web design business focused on creating clean, functional, and effective websites for small businesses and organizations.
My approach to web design is built on both technical experience and real-world problem solving. With a background in IT, administration, and customer-facing roles, I understand how important it is for systems to work reliably and for user experiences to be simple and efficient.
I’ve designed and developed websites such as tmmikinaakodecenter.org, where I handled both the structure and visual identity, including branding elements like logos. Every project I take on is built with the goal of not just looking good, but working seamlessly for both the client and their audience.
